Why do Mercala links open in the app instead of my browser?
Chrome sends links to an installed app. Switch off Open supported links to keep them in the browser.

Because Mercala is installed as an app on this computer, and Chrome sends links to an installed app by default. Any mercala.org link, from an email, a bookmark or the CMS link in the account menu, then opens in the app window instead of a browser tab.
To keep links in the browser:
- In the Mercala app window, open the ⋮ menu and choose App info. (Or go to chrome://apps in Chrome and right-click Mercala.)
- Switch off Open supported links.
Inside the app, the CMS link opens in the same window, so you stay in the app.
